14-day refund period
A refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Requests should include the order information and a description of the issue.
Technical issues
If a product does not work as documented, support may first attempt to identify and resolve the issue. If the documented functionality cannot be provided, the refund request can be reviewed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the available original payment method where possible. Access to the refunded product and associated license may then be disabled.
